Problem Solving
Mediation – Aimee will meet with the parties in conflict (either you and your employee or two employees) to conduct a formal mediation session.
What is mediation? Mediation is an opportunity for the parties in conflict to discuss their issues with the guidance of a neutral third-party, with the goal of coming to a lasting and efficient solution.
Employee Consultation – Aimee will meet with your employee to help you communicate and resolve issues.
Arbitration – After hearing from each of the employees in conflict, receive a recommended solution that will maximize the most efficient and peaceful environment in your home.
Workshops
Group training is also available. Aimee can customize a presentation for your association, playgroup, friends, etc., based on the training you desire.
